The Key to Successful Service is a Blended Learning process. The course itself takes about 1 ½ month alternating between classroom training and training online. It is followed by unlimited online training. You will have access to a platform with important service tools, motivating video clips and an encyclopedia on service. Here you can test your own skills in order to ensure that you are always prepared in for any conceivable situation.
