Jens Ladegaard - CEO, Partner and Instructor

Together with his son Thomas Ladegaard, Jens Ladegaard developed the LADEGAARD System and the training systems The Key to Successful Selling, The Key to Successful Leadership, and The Key to Successful Service.

Also the company's CEO, he has a long career behind him in the financial sector as a sales director and vice director of one of Denmark's largest banks (Jyske Bank), and as director of one of the biggest mortgage institutions in Denmark (Realkredit Danmark).
